Just heard that there is the arsenal of oddities quest but am not sure how to get it. So i want to do the arsenal of oddities quest that i got from banshee i believe which tasks you to find both outbreak perfected and whisper of the worm exotic weapons. I got the quest from banshee 44 saying search titan and io for the powerful but strange exotic weapons banshee 44 spoke of can anyone help with it.
